Privacy policy
What this site collects
Nothing, until you write to us.
This site sets no cookies, runs no audience measurement, and loads no third-party resources — the fonts, the images and the scripts are all served from this domain. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
If you write to us, we hold what you put in your message — your name, your email address, and whatever else you choose to tell us. There is no form on this site: you write to us directly.
Why, and on what legal basis
To read your message and reply to it. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to a possible engagement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Your message is not used for anything else. It does not feed a mailing list, it is not enriched, it is not sold, and it is not passed to a third party for commercial purposes.
Who holds it, and for how long
This site stores nothing at all — it is a set of static files, with nothing behind it that could receive or keep anything. Your message lives only in our mailbox, for as long as the exchange requires and at most three years after our last contact, after which it is deleted.
The recipients are the publisher and the provider that operates our mailbox. The host of this site never sees your message: nothing you write passes through it.
Your message is held by Proton, in Switzerland, a country the European Commission has recognised as offering an adequate level of protection. Everything else — the site and its logs — stays in France.
Our host also keeps the technical logs needed to operate and secure the service, including the IP addresses of visitors, under its own retention policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to contact@datasink.ai; we answer within one month.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, whose address appears in the Supervisory authority section below.
Changes
This policy is dated. Any change is published on this page, and the date is updated with it. The current version is the one you are reading.
